Ann Louise Zweifel died June 5, 2019, surrounded by many loving family members at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kan.

Ann was born May 24, 1947, in Whitewater, to Palmer and Edna (Blumer) Zweifel.

She was a lifelong resident of Fort Atkinson and an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was employed at Opportunities, Inc., and after retirement was a volunteer at Fort HealthCare.

Ann is survived by her siblings, Dean (Jackie) Zweifel of Whitewater, Jerry (Judy) Zweifel of Colbert, Wash., Joanne (John) Cox of Waukesha and Jean (Greg) Shilkey of Jefferson; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Robert.

Ann enjoyed spending time with her many friends and family. We are shocked and saddened by her sudden accidental death.

A memorial service will be held on June 22, at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 314 Barrie St. in Fort Atkinson.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Fort Food Pantry, or a donation may be made to the Guatemala UPAVIM — please make any checks for this donation out to Trinity Lutheran Church with Guatemala UPAVIM in the memo line.

The Nitardy Funeral Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
